Over the last few weeks there has been some changes at Xsquizzit/TOTECS. I think an update is in order so you’re all across the latest happenings in the office.

You may have noticed a few new voices answering the phones across different departments as well as staff working different days and hours, so I’ll go through what you need to know.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Michelle has joined us as our new Account Specialist - she comes at the recommendation of Victoria so we’re all in safe hands. Now, there is no need to cry (this was my initial reaction) as Victoria is still going to be around helping during the transition and she will be staying at TOTECS in a new role.

We also have Sally, who is finishing her university degree and doing placement with us. She spends two days a week with us in Service and doing implementation jobs on Wednesday's and Friday's.

And most importantly I have joined Service each Thursday on top of my usual duties. Whew.
